As of July 2011 I am active as private consultant. During my career, which started thirty years ago, I have evolved from a newly graduated naval architect into a very experienced general manager. I strongly believe in a working method based on a thorough analysis of processes and, consequently, the optimisation of those processes. This particular approach can be applied to the development and (re)structuring of new or existing organisations and, when followed, will prove, as it has done in the past, that complex projects will run much more effectively. Implicitly, if the principle is adapted to projects, a direct detailed and continuous insight in the progress and development of costs is obtained.

My experience (having used this approach for years) is now available for the development of your organisation. In complex projects my experience can be used from the initial phase up to (if desired) the final phase of the project. In both cases, my added value may be based on consultancy activities or, alternatively, on full operational capacity.
